If you prefer an adventure on the open road, then take advantage of driving on your own to our exclusive Ranch only 2-1/2 hours from Las Vegas! Included is an overnight stay in an authentic Indian teepee featuring a double bed and a personal walking lantern. A heater is provided in cooler months. Enjoy a gourmet western dinner, campfire or indoor ranch headquarters entertainment and breakfast the morning after your overnight stay. AND - you'll take a helicopter tour into the depths of the Grand Canyon!

This is an adventure for the entire family...at an affordable price! Once at the Ranch "check-in" to your authentic teepee for the night. During your stay our luxury A-Star helicopter awaits you for your Grand Canyon West Flight. Your 30 kilometer helicopter tour will descend more than 1,500 feet, passing through millions of years of geological time and viewing some of the oldest rock formations in the world. Your breath will be taken away as you pass by towering cathedral buttresses and columns bathed in ever-changing colors, sights that were once only shared by eagles!

Your evening entertainment includes a gourmet western dinner and a campfire under the stars, or roaring fire place at the Ranch Headquarters, as you are entertained by Cowboys with their history, myths and legends. The next morning after a hearty breakfast, choose from a number of unique Western activities (some require an additional fee). The Western bar in the ranch house serves beer and wine (not included in ticket price).

Anyone weighing more than 250 pounds must purchase an additional "Comfort Seat" on the helicopter. Child prices apply to children 12 and under. A fuel surcharge of $15.00, per person, will be collected at the time of check-in. All prices are per person and include all taxes and fees. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Duration: Allow approximately 24 hours. Check-in 3:00 pm, check-out 12:00 noon. Helicopter flight duration approximately 30 kilometers / 19 miles.

Children under 6 must be accompanied by parent or guardian at all times.

Comfort Seat - Weight Information: In the interest of passenger comfort and safety, anyone weighing more than 250 pounds must purchase an additional "Comfort Seat" on the helicopter. Due to weight distribution restrictions on helicopters, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.

Note: Reservations must be reconfirmed 48 hrs. prior to your scheduled arrival. Contact information and instructions will be supplied on your E-ticket.

Equipment: We fly only $1,000,000 A-Star Executive Helicopters. These helicopters are the preferred helicopter for sightseeing worldwide, and we have the largest fleet of them in the western United States. We have high load capacities and guarantee all forward facing seats with un-restricted, spectacular viewing, and climate control. Other companies fly Bell helicopters, which are slower, not as comfortable, or as smooth as our A-Star Executive Jet Helicopter. Also, Bell helicopters have two rear facing seats and have restricted forward viewing in the cabin. Other companies cannot guarantee you will fly in an A-Star.
